**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Emergency Room **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** 2 Years required **License:** Valid CA License in hand **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH **Must-Have:** Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year **Job Description:** - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. - Work with a patient ratio of 1:4. - Must be flexible to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby as needed. - Complete mandatory modules pre-start and annually (average 16 hours, non-billable). - Participate in orientation for up to 36 hours. - Locals accepted with adherence to the 50-Mile Radius Rule. - Preferred certifications: CPI, NRP, TNCC. - Charting experience with Epic is required. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care. - Uphold patient safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, acute care environment. - Maintain professional documentation and communication in patient records. References will be required upon submission, with a minimum of two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
