**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Emergency Room **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not Specified **Experience:** 2 Years of experience preferred; 1 year considered for first-time travelers **License:** Active Compact License required at time of submission **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI, and PALS **Must-Have:** - Comfortable with floating within hospital with no restrictions as long as it is within the experience scope - Flu Vaccine required with no exemptions **Job Description:** - Emergency Department Registered Nurse with self-scheduling; Every Other Weekend required - Manage an average daily census of 130 with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio - Work in a 47-bed unit with a diverse patient population - Required to provide professional references: 1 supervisor/manager and 1 charge RN - Compliance document deadline is 5 days prior to start - Return Traveler Policy: Must be away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler - Return Staff Policy: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler - Orientation consists of 24 hours Candidates interested in becoming part of our team are encouraged to apply and contribute their skills and expertise in a supportive and challenging environment.
