**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Emergency Department **Job Duration:** 13-week contract **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience and previous experience in a Trauma Level 2 facility **License:** Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (ENPC accepted in place of TNCC) **Must-Have:** - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans - Proficient in a wide variety of professional nursing services - Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel **Job Description:** - Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. - Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. - Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education. - Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. - Participate in developing solutions for variances in patient goals and ensure the implementation of these solutions.
