**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Home Health **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required **License:** Pending license accepted **Certifications:** Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) **Must-Have:** Reliable transportation **Job Description:** - Home Health RN position in King County and surrounding areas. - Shift is 8-hour days; 4x10s or 3x12s shifts cannot be accommodated. - Patient ratios are 1:1; may visit up to 6 patients per day with a 30 productivity points standard. - First-time applicants not accepted. - No weekend requirements. - Clinician won't float within the facility or to meet other needs. - Local applicants within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate. - Occasional maximum travel radius of 50+ miles, but the system minimizes drive time by grouping clients. - Charting is done using EPIC software. - Mileage reimbursement follows the IRS standard. - Orientation is set at 40 hours, non-billable. - Modules are required pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours. Any time over 20 hours requires approval. - Providers will be given necessary communication devices to perform duties if required. - Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Note: All travelers are expected to maintain flexibility across facilities to ensure quality care delivery.
