**Must-Have:**
- Willingness to float to a medical surgical telemetry unit during low census
- Experience in assisting with Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) and Cardioversion
- Proficiency in caring for patients receiving cardiac drips, diuretic drips, ventilation support (ventilators, BiPAP, C-PAP), and managing CVP and ART lines

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 6-bed ICU unit with a staffing model that includes a charge nurse and monitor tech per shift
- Manage patient ratios typically ranging from 2 to 3 patients per nurse
- Operate ICU equipment, including monitors and ventilators
- Utilize the HMS Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Perform procedures such as caring for patients on cardiac drips and diuretic drips, providing ventilation support, and assisting with Thoracentesis and Paracentesis
- Adhere to a dress code of Navy Blue scrubs
- Engage in unit guidelines and participate in continuous quality improvement
