**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU) **Job Duration:** Not specified **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Previous ICU experience required **License:** Oklahoma **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required **Must-Have:** - Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred **Job Description:** - Work in collaboration with a dedicated team to provide advanced stroke care and treat patients in the acute phases of cardiac disease. - Manage a variety of cardiac procedures and diagnoses, including post-open heart surgery, decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic shock, STEMI, aortic dissection, and acute severe valvular dysfunction. - Provide care to critically ill patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, renal failure, induced hypothermia, and prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy. - Rapidly assess patient conditions and promptly intervene with necessary measures. - Manage life-support systems, including ventilation and heart monitoring, along with administering lifesaving medications. - Exhibit respect, empathy, and strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Implement patient safety and harm prevention tools effectively.
