You will work 36 hours per week, benefiting from self-scheduling, and a dedicated team environment with a robust support system including intensivists and respiratory therapists available 24/7. Responsibilities include patient care in a 42-bed unit, managing patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, and up to 1:3 depending on acuity. Experience with vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, sedatives, and more is essential. This unit accommodates complex critical care cases like cardiac, respiratory, and medical-surgical conditions.
