Certification Details BLS Certification ACLS Certification NIH Certification Job Details RN ICU position 2 plus yrs ICU/MICU experience Meditech EMR 36/48 schedule- no RTO during orientation week Orientation is bi-weekly Start date on job is start date needed RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME Job Requirements BLS ACLS NIH 1:2 ratios Must have KY or compact license Schedule Information 36/48 schedule Bi-weekly orientation No RTO (requested time off) during orientation week Additional Details AHA certifications ONLY BLS and ACLS certifications must be Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card All RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Tech require BLS Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccine series or valid exemption required
