Shift : Rotating D/N / 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length : 15 Weeks
Requirements :
NH License
2 years experience
Advanced hemodynamic monitoring experience
ICP Monitoring (SICU/NCCU) experience
Ventilated
patients iv. Pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications v. Assist
with line insertion and maintenance vi. Lines /tubes/ drains for post
surgical patients experience
Ventriculostomies, Lumbar Drains, Bolts, EVD experience
PA lines and waveform interpretation (CVCC) experience
BLS
ACLS
Other Details:
WIll float to SICU and other critical care units as needed
NCCU:
10 Bed Critical Care. Primary Stroke Center (Ischemic - Thrombectomy,
TPA, Hemorrhagic – Ventriculostomies & Emergent Evac), Neuro Surgery
(tumor resections, brain/spine abscesses) Neuro-Medical (Meningitis,
Encephalitis, Neuro-muscular disorders)
SICU: 18 bed ICU with surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure and sepsis patients
