**Job Description:**

- Staff required to wear lead during procedures.
- Includes weekend shifts and on-call duties.
- No holidays scheduled except for on-call commitments.
- Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
- Facility requires mandatory floating to different units as necessary.
- Maximum of 5 days of requested time off, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No time off allowed the day before or after a holiday or on weekends.
- Orientation consists of 24 non-billable hours.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required one week prior to start date.
- Local candidates living within 75 miles considered at a lower rate.
- No block scheduling permitted.
- Potential floating to various units, with a maximum travel distance of 50 miles. Refusal to float may result in shift cancellation.
