**Job Description:**

- Staff is required to wear lead.
- Includes weekends and on-call duties; no holidays except for on-call.
- Staff will be expected to float assignments within Radiology and Pain departments.
- Facility requires all resources to float at its discretion; potential to float outside the primary facility as long as it does not exceed 50 miles.
- Floating may be notified 2 hours before the shift and could involve a variety of units, utilizing a team-based model if outside the primary area of competency.
- Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed with no more than 2 consecutive days; no RTO the day prior or after a holiday and no RTO on weekends.
- Orientation consists of 24 hours.
