Travel Nurse Rn - Interventional Radiology In Novi, Mi

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Interventional Radiology

**Job Duration:** 13-week assignment

**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (may vary to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM based on call requirements)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40.00 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years' experience in ICU, ED, or IR in at least a level 2 trauma center. Experience with moderate sedation is required. Neuro/stroke experience is preferred. Prior experience with ultrasounds/CT is preferred.

**License:** Current licensure by the state's Board of Nursing

**Certifications:** Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

**Must-Have:**
- Ability to respond to call within 45 minutes
- Experience in moderate sedation
- Must be available for rotational on-call commitment during the week, weekends, and holidays
- Must not exceed 7 days of requested time off during the contract

**Job Description:**

- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
- Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
- Exhibit clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
