**Must-Have:**
- Pulmonary Artery Lines and EVD familiarity
- Experience in Circulate, Conscious Sedation, ICP, Telemetry, Triage, and Ventilator operation
- Charge experience preferred
**Job Description:**
- Neuro IR nurses assist with cases including stroke interventions, cerebral angiograms, and thrombectomies.
- Circulate as the RN to assist during cases, predominantly with anesthesia coverage for Neuro IR cases.
- In Interventional Radiology, the nurse will provide moderate sedation when needed and handle specimen collection.
- Work collaboratively with the Interventionalist and IR technician on procedures like organ biopsies, GI Bleeds, paras, thoras, angiograms, line placement, and dialysis catheter insertions.
- Manage on-call shifts overnight in a four-week period, including both Neuro and IR modalities.
- Ensure a 30-minute arrival time for Neuro and a 60-minute arrival time for IR during on-call periods.
- Weekday on-call shifts from Monday through Thursday starting at 16:30 until 07:00 the next day.
- Weekend on-call shifts revolve every third weekend as a backup rotation.
**Expectations:**
- All employees must have the Flu vaccine as the position may involve contact with COVID-19 patients.
**Additional Information:**
- Orientation includes 28 hours at 50% non-billable.
- Completion of modules pre-start and potentially during orientation, averaging 12 hours.
- Two supervisor references required for submission.
- Return staff must have been absent for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
- Manager interviews may or may not be conducted.
