**Job Description:**
- Provide care for acute inpatient population, emergency department emergent population, and outpatient routine procedures, including treatments for bleeds, cancer, end of life, fibroids, vascular disease, urological comorbidities, and failure to thrive.
- Perform interventional body procedures such as port, pleurx, gastrostomy tube, and nephrostomy tube placements.
- Conduct embolizations for bleeding, fibroids, chemo, and liver cancer treatment/SIRT.
- Utilize and manage special equipment including monitoring and capnography.
- Work with unit systems such as Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR for medication, documentation, and communication.
- Participate in call rotations, which include: 1700-0700, Monday-Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. The rotation is 1:5, meaning every fifth weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and various days throughout the week.
- Adhere to scheduling type of self and template scheduling.
- Complete unit orientation based on experience, which includes 36 hours.
- Wear provided scrubs.
- Complete 8-10 hours of non-billable acute care modules pre-start and annually, recorded via online learning, webinars, and in-person classes.
**Other Details:**
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Fatigue policy prohibits working more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week
- No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment due to orientation
- Candidates must be comfortable floating with no restrictions
- Charting experience in EPIC is preferred
- Two manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at the time of submission
