Magnet Medical Elite is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/30/2024 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Perks: Day 1 benefits, 401k, up to $800.00 travel reimbursement, 1/2 paid in the first and final checks Day 1 benefits, 401k, up to $800.00 travel reimbursement, 1/2 paid in the first and final checks Rotating(19:00-07:00 or 07:00-19:00) ASAP START. Straight Days or Nights will be considered D/N Rotation heavily preferred. The Birthing Pavilion is a LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum Unit) we expect all of our nurses to be competent in all areas of the LDRP model. We do about 1300 deliveries a year. There are 21 rooms, a 2 bed triage room, and 2 operating rooms. To the best of our ability we follow AWHONN staffing guidelines which includes nurse: patient ratios of 1:1 for Pitocin and active labors/intermittent monitoring, a 1:2 for cervical ripening and a 1:1 with Pitocin, 1:2 for high risk medication including Magnesium Sulfate and Insulin drips, and 1:3 for Antepartum and Postpartum couplets.
