**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery **Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 07:00 PM-07:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred **License:** Registered Nurse License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring **Must-Have:** Strong communication and teamwork skills **Job Description:** - Provide care and support to women during labor and delivery. - Monitor fetal heart rates and recognize potential complications. - Administer medications and assist during childbirth. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process. - Ensure a safe environment by adhering to established standards and protocols. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts within the unit.
