**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (17:00 - 05:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** 2 years required; experience with high-risk antepartum, LDRP, and Mother/Baby required **License:** Valid WI License required at time of submission **Certifications:** BLS, NRP, STABLE required; AWHONN preferred **Must-Have:** Previous Cerner experience preferred, readiness to work in a newly re-opened unit, call required, float required, weekend coverage required **Job Description:** - Work in the Labor and Delivery unit scheduled to re-open soon. - Participate in the initial shadowing/training week to ensure preparedness. - Utilize your experience in high-risk antepartum and LDRP to support patient care. - Provide exceptional care to mothers and babies post-delivery. - Collaborate with a team to deliver comprehensive healthcare in the unit. - Be flexible and ready to float to different areas as needed. - Participate in weekend coverage as part of the scheduled rotation. - Participate in on-call duties to support the unit as needed. - Complete required modules during the 8-hour orientation. - Adhere to compliance and lab scheduling requirements for smooth onboarding.
