**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery **Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery Maternal Child Health **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years required; Epic experience within the last year is mandatory **License:** Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required at time of submission **Certifications:** NRP, BLS & ACLS required; AWHONN Intermediate and STABLE preferred **Must-Have:** Epic charting experience from within the last year **Job Description:** - Provide care and support for women during labor and childbirth. - Monitor the health of both mother and baby. - Maintain patient charts using EPIC systems. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe birth experience. - Work within a 1:3 patient ratio. - Assist with any facility needs within scope, though not responsible for taking patients directly. - Required to work 16 weekend shifts per contract. - Adhere to attendance policy with understanding that any missed scheduled shift counts as unexcused. - Complete mandatory modules and orientation before the start date. **Additional Information:** - Not required to be on-call. - No blocked scheduling or special schedule requests. - Adherence to holiday work and time off policies. - Completion of compliance call and lab commitments should be done within 48-72 hours of signing.
