**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC charting system

**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care and outcomes.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Support and mentor other nursing staff as needed.

This position does not require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
