Job Requirements BLS certification ACLS certification RN License Schedule Information 12 hr nights Additional Details ACLS Preferred 1:5 ratios RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated INTERVIEW ONLY MedSurg/Ortho unit
