About The Position Med Surg/ICU Registered Nurse Location: Grand Junction, CO Duration: Fulltime Shift Information: Night Shift Description: Client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) teams for night shifts. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg and ICU units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
