Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MedSurg – Neuro Surgical Shift: Nights / 6:30p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week (will accept 48 upon request), EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements: IN /compact licenseMinimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg experienceSkillset: NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong Neuro assessments, basic tele interpretation, strict I's & O's/straight cath/Foleys, initiate/titrate heparin gtts., blood/blood product administration/venipuncture/blood cultures, NG tubes, indwelling drain management, stable gtts. (i.e. Protonix, Lasic, etc.)AHA BLSAHA ACLSNIHSSRecent Epic charting experienceOther Details: First to float within skillsetPatient Population: Neuro and Neuro-Surgical patients – CVAs, elective back/neck surgeries, post-op cranis, cerebral angiogram.
