Certification Details Required Certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS/ACLS, NIHSS EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process Job Details Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical / Telemetry Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 HRs requirement - will not accept 36 Shift Requirements: 12 HR Nights – blocked schedule requests will only be accommodated for weekend rotation Primary Location: Pikeville Medical Center – Pikeville, KY Schedule & Shift: 12 hr Nights Job Requirements Minimum Experience: 1+ year in specialty MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience Skillset: General Med/Tele Must be able to read/interpret tele strips Schedule Information 48 HRs requirement - will not accept 36 12 HR Nights – blocked schedule requests will only be accommodated for weekend rotation every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval No On Call/Call Back Requirements specified Unit Specific Information Bed size, beds, Patient ratio: 340 bed Level II Trauma Center. Patient ratio: 1:6. Beds: 15-45 beds depending on which unit you are on Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, reliable, team-player Scrub Colors: black Additional Details Float Requirements: Med Surg/Tele units – will float throughout all in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance COVID Vaccine Requirements: Covid Vaccine required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. If declination is accepted, weekly testing is required at the traveler/agency expense & verification
