Must have Charge EXP Must have experience with the following: foley catheter insertion, administering subcutaneous Insulin, potassium runs, using cardiac monitor, reporting low potassium levels and low oxygen saturations 2 yrs of exp required. 1ST TIMERS OK! Avg daily census - 12 25 rooms 25 beds Staffing Ratios: Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:6, Weekends - 1:6 Patient Age Group: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics No float Weekend coverage - Every other Medication Systems - Omnicell Documentation System - Meditech Charting experience required Guaranteed Hours Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week OT after 48 for 48 hour schedules Job Requirements 2 yrs of experience required Charge experience Experience with foley catheter insertion Experience administering subcutaneous Insulin Potassium runs experience Experience using cardiac monitor Able to report low potassium levels and low oxygen saturations Schedule Information Shifts: 3, 12HR (15:00-03:00) Weekend coverage: Every other OT after 48 for 48 hour schedules Additional Details Unexpired government issued photo ID required AHA or ARC acceptable for certain certifications National Certification/Verification prior to facility start & upon expiration Signed Acknowledgment covering Joint Commission Training Safety Manual Primary source verification prior to facility start & upon expiration Nursys verification prior to facility start Physical Exam - Physician statement within the last 12 months Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start Drug Screen within the last 12 months of start Vaccine or Declination required during flu season COVID-19 Vaccine required
