Certification Details AHA BLS & ACLS required MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start PBDS Assessment waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation Job Details Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND Schedule Information Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
