Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/18/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Cardiac Renal Unit MS/Tele RN - Nights - Deaconess Midtown **AUTO OFFER** NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE) Contract Length: 13 weeks Start: 11/18 or 12/2- Bi-weekly orientation Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request) Primary location: Midtown Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7 Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY – 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible. On Call/Call Back Requirement: N/A Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday. Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS. Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Tele/M/S, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience. Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class) Patient Population: High acuity – Tele/M/S, Cardiac heavy, (Afib with RVR, Afib, flutter, blocks), heart Cath without interventions.
