ADLs, IV drips Job Requirements Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN or Compact license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS Schedule Information Shift/hours: 12hr Days Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every other weekend/every other holiday rotation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation Unit Specific Information Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Patient to nurse 4-5. 2 ICU beds on the unit.
