Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/01/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel First Time travelers Accepted: Yes Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS required Skillset Requirements: Telemetry and IV Start required Floating Requirements: YES Minimum Experience Required: 18 months Department Details: Unit Information: 1:6 ratio Medical-Surgical: Majority are medical patients (COPD exacerbation, PNA, COVID-19, chest pain, small bowel obstruction, etc. Small surgical case load (roughly 1-3 post-surgical cases/day) including gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, colectomy, mastectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy.
