Certification Details BLS ACLS WI Nursing License Job Details We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide intensive care to patients who are acutely ill from a neurological deficit. This unit specializes in subarachnoid hemorrhages, unstable ischemic and hemorrhage strokes, traumatic brain and spinal cord injury. The Neuroscience ICU is a 16 bed ICU which provides ICP monitoring and hemodynamic monitoring of unstable patients. The Neuroscience ICU will provide nurses the opportunity to work with severe neurological, neurovascular and neurosurgical populations. Job Requirements Must have experience in ICP or ventric. Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years. Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. BLS/ACLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start (not for clinic positions). Additional Details Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or various locations within the organization. If the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit to complete the contract.
