Job Description:
- Work in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with a capacity of 54 beds.
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1, ensuring high-quality care.
- Utilize charting skills to accurately document patient information.
- Support and float to postpartum areas as needed, based on skillset.
- Execute special procedures such as lumbar punctures, intubations, chest tube insertions, and umbilical line placements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to the weekend requirement of working every other weekend.
