**Job Title:** RN - Maternal Child Health (MCH)

**Job Specialty:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care

**Job Duration:** 12 months

**Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care is required

**License:** Registered Nurse License (state-specific license where care is provided)

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

**Must-Have:**
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience

**Job Description:**
- Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate and support families of neonates, addressing their concerns and providing resources
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing competencies and skills
