- Experience with central lines (UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC)

**Job Description:**

- Work in a NICU with 42 beds, alongside a team of 70 staff members.
- Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 10-15 RNs, and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) per shift.
- Night-shift staffing is similar with 1 charge nurse, 10-15 RNs, and 1 PCT.
- Patient ratios: Level 3 (1-3 per nurse depending on acuity), Level 2 (3-4 per nurse).
- Utilize equipment such as isolettes, OMNI beds, phototherapy, and computers.
- Use electronic medical records systems including Meditech and CPN.
- Perform typical procedures such as IV starts and PICC insertions (performed by trained clinicians).
- Exhibit personality traits such as being a team player and self-motivated.
- Float to newborn nursery as required.
- Adhere to dress code of royal blue scrubs.
- Complete a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with occasional on-call duty.
- A resource person will be available on the unit.
