**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Coordinator **Job Specialty:** Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Days, TBD **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years in nursing clinical practice/leadership - Minimum of 2 years in Bone Marrow Transplant - Experience in providing patient education **License:** - Current RN license with multistate privileges or ability to obtain Arizona licensure according to local law prior to start date **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association - APHON Biotherapy and Chemotherapy certification **Must-Have:** - Two-year (ADN), four-year (BSN), or Diploma in Nursing - COVID-19 vaccination recommended (not required) - Flu vaccination required October through April; exemptions may be applied for **Job Description:** - Coordinate all aspects of the Bone Marrow Transplant program and Survivor Management Program. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and external entities to gather necessary information and documentation for BMT candidate evaluation. - Work with doctors, patients, and families to coordinate care plans and treatment schedules. - Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including masking as required during the respiratory virus season.
