**Job Description:**

- Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage the care and safety of patients during surgical procedures.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in the preparation and organization of the operating room.
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment and tools.
- Maintain sterile field and environment during surgeries.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize patient care.
- Engage in continuous improvement and professional development activities.
Note: Fingerprinting is required to be completed one week prior to the start date.
Modules are part of the orientation, non-billable, and vary by specialty with up to 5 hours of module completion required.
Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours.
