Current ME or compact RN license (, expiration) BLS, ACLS SSN, DOB, and PCU SCL and reference within the last year Required Qualifications ME RN license or compact state lic BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS ICU SCL and Reference within a year RTO upon submission, no more that six days.
