Responsibilities:

Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor critically ill patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other indicators.
Administer Medications: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adjusting as needed based on patient condition.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Assess Patient Status: Conduct ongoing assessments and provide interventions to stabilize patient conditions.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
Document Care: Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and responses.
Assist in Procedures: Support physicians during procedures and assist with the management of invasive devices (e.g., ventilators, IVs).
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patient needs, ensuring comfort and safety in the care setting.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to sudden changes in patient status, providing immediate care.
