**Experience:** 2 years required, previous travel experience needed

**License:** Valid NM or Compact RN license required

**Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BCLS
- NIH (CPI preferred)

**Must-Have:**
- Epic experience required

**Job Description:**
- Work in a medical intermediate care unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Care for a variety of patients with medical to neuro diagnoses.
- Patients are cared for by the hospitalist service.
- Free Charge Nurse and Patient Care Technician available barring call-offs.
- Ability to float required to all progressive care units, medical-surgical, and ICU for PCU assignments.
- Weekend and holiday work as needed; schedule is flexible with no set or block shifts.
- Maintain competency with standard medical intermediate care conditions: gastrointestinal bleeding, pneumonia, sepsis, respiratory diseases, and stroke/neuro patients.
- Attend orientation comprising 2 shifts at the bedside in addition to general hospital orientation.
- Flexibility with off-request provided they do not impact shift requirements.
- Ability to wear any color scrubs, but no logos.
- Complete required modules on-site during orientation.
