**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 12-hour Nights, start time 19:00
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years current experience in an 18+ bed telemetry/progressive care unit required
**License:** Active nursing license in the state or compact license
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). BLS and ACLS certifications must be from the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
**Must-Have:**
- Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia Assessment (BCA) exam must be passed before or during the first week of assignment
**Job Description:**
- Adhere to the 75-mile straight line radius rule for non-local travelers
- Be aware of assignment submission and avoid direct contact with the facility
- Disclose time off requests during the initial submission for approval; post-acceptance date requests will not be approved
- Provide at least two references, one of which must be from the current manager
- Be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- Work three weekend shifts in a four-week scheduling period
- Expect to be on call, and work on holidays if required
- Be willing to float within facilities and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the primary work site, including the Emergency Department and alternate holding areas
- Complete a maximum of 40 hours of orientation, including EPIC training, in the first week
- Wear any solid color scrubs, ensuring the top, pants, and jacket (if worn) match in color
- No holiday requested time off will be approved for travelers
- Must not have worked in the health system for 12 months prior to the start date for consideration
