**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Shift:** 12-hour Day

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Active NM or Compact Nursing License required

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (Must be completed through recognized organizations like American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross)

**Must-Have:**
- Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment
- Experience with an 18+ bed telemetry/progressive care unit
- Team player with flexibility
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Ability to pass Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia Assessment

**Job Description:**
- Adhere to a 75-mile straight-line radius rule for residency
- Submission of candidates should include references from the current manager, a resume, and a completed skills checklist/competency assessment
- Shifts start at 0700 with 4 weekend shifts required in a 4-week period
- Be prepared for on-call duties, weekends, and holiday work as required
- First to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the assigned location
- Orientation involves the first week of the contract, including EPIC training
- RNs may wear scrubs in any solid color (top, pant, and jacket if worn must match)

**Additional Information:**
- No holiday time-off requests will be approved for travelers
- Ensure accurate entry of SS# and DOB to avoid onboarding issues
