**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Must hold a valid Michigan Nursing License

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:**
- Must be willing to float between PCU and Med Surg
- Epic Experience is highly preferred (must be noted in the profile)
- Prior travel experience is preferred
- Will work every weekend
- Cannot accept candidates living within 50 miles of the facility

**Job Description:**

- Assess patient health needs and nursing care requirements.
- Deliver holistic nursing care to all assigned patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
- Plan and direct nursing care for assigned patients.
- Implement nursing actions according to established standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care to ensure responsible care is rendered to patients.
- Demonstrate competence in nursing care of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Uphold self-management by holding self accountable, demonstrating effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Assume responsibility for own continued professional development and assist with the development of other staff members.
