**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate findings effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all care and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in patient education programs to enhance patient and family understanding of medical needs.
- Exhibit strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
