**Job Description:**

- Work in a renowned hospital recognized for its excellence in clinical quality and patient safety.
- Provide care in a unit with 23 step-down beds and 16 med-surg beds equipped with lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, and tracheostomy care.
- Utilize EMR system, Cerner, for patient documentation.
- Collaborate with a team consisting of day shift: 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, 4 PCTs; night shift: 1 charge nurse, 10 RNs, 4 PCTs.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:3-4 in step-down and 1:4-6 in med-surg.
- Perform procedures such as tracheostomy care, chest tube management, and wound dressing changes.
- Display a high level of flexibility and clinical competence in a dynamic environment.
- Float between other med-surg and progressive care units as required.
- Adhere to the dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.
- Work 6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6-week period.

Candidates must be able to acquire housing independently.
