**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours per week options

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year; First-timers are accepted

**License:** Must have GA or Compact license at the time of submission

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH

**Must-Have:** Must be available to work on major holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day if needed. No requested time off (RTO) is allowed for the duration.

**Job Description:**

- Work on a telemetry/PCU unit with diagnoses including CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues
- Manage patient ratio of 1:4-5 in a unit with 36 rooms and an average daily census of 35
- Utilize Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems for patient care
- Wear navy blue scrub color
- Work every other weekend
- Be flexible with floating between units

References from two supervisors are highly preferred, with at least one being from a manager or above level. Orientation is 13 hours, non-billable. Candidates must be prepared to submit core items and complete the necessary lab work within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. Local candidates are welcome. Flu vaccination is required unless there is a valid medical or religious exemption.
