**Job Description:**
- No on-call required
- 24-bed PCU located on the second floor of the main building
- Staff includes 1 CNC, 8 RNs, 1 day manager, and 1 educator during day and night shifts
- Patient ratios are maintained at 3:1, focusing on primary nursing care
- Utilize EMR Meditech for patient management
- Permanent positions available on the unit
- Encourage candidates with LVAD experience, post-CABG experience, and stroke patient care experience (neuro checks)
- Not many bedside procedures performed on the unit
- Demonstrates punctuality, arriving by 06:45
- Report to charge nurse if lunch is not taken and complete no lunch forms
- Offers a supportive and experienced staff, with opportunities for professional growth
