**Job Description:**
- Work in a Progressive Care Unit with a focus on cardiac and pulmonary patient populations.
- Engage in patient care that requires ventilator management expertise.
- Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
- Be available to work holidays as needed based on unit requirements.
- Utilize the EPIC system for patient documentation and care coordination.
- Provide high-quality nursing care adhering to established hospital and unit protocols.
