**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit (IMC/PCU) experience
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

**Must-Have:**
- Dysrhythmia management
- Experience with ventilators, arterial lines, drip titration, high-flow nasal cannula, tracheostomies, g-tubes
- 1-2 travel assignments preferred

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 21-bed medical step-down unit
- Serve high-acuity patient populations including:
- Sepsis
- Respiratory failure
- Gastrointestinal bleed
- Liver failure
- Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA)
- Manage a nurse-patient ratio of 1:3
- Float as needed within scope
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed
- Availability for on-call shifts (2 per schedule, per 6-week grid)
