**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Shift:** Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years required; preferred experience in PCU/CCU
**License:** Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner required in your work and residence state; if a National License Compact state, meet licensure requirements in your home state; or for Non-National License Compact states, current RN license required in the work state.
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
**Must-Have:** Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to the American Heart Association
**Job Description:**
- Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a personalized plan for the healthcare consumer or situation.
- Develop a plan with strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote health and a safe environment.
- Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with legal or policy parameters.
- Evaluate progress toward the achievement of goals and outcomes.
- Practice in a manner congruent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
- Communicate effectively in all areas of practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other key stakeholders in the conduct of nursing practice.

Candidates must also be able to work physically, including walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling, with the ability to lift and support up to 35 pounds. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Must utilize critical thinking and maintain concentration. Proficiency in English is required, and the scrub color is navy blue.
