**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS via recognized heart association, NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
- EPIC proficiency
- EKG Testing with 80% or higher to pass
- Skills in vents, IV start, Telemetry, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation, Neuro IV titration, Insulin IV experience, strong Neuro experience

**Job Description:**

- Accept versatile patient types, primarily pulmonary, cardiac, sepsis, minor trauma, CIWA, and DKA among others.
- Patient care includes managing respiratory issues, administering appropriate medications, and performing neurovascular checks.
- Maintain typical nurse-patient ratio of 1:4, occasionally 1:5.
- Willingness to float across units and work during holidays as needed.
- Comply with fit test requirements as the facility cannot accommodate certain respiratory protective equipment.
- Participate in a 16-hour orientation program.
- Ensure submission of time-off requests during application.
- Complete mandatory flu vaccination requirements, with allowances for exemptions.
