**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
**License:** Registered Nurse License
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
**Must-Have:** Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Recognition

**Job Description:**

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Maintain and ensure active Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
- Provide advanced patient care in the Step Down Unit.
- Utilize skills in cardiac rhythm recognition.
- Implement and follow patient care plans in conjunction with medical professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and provide necessary medical updates.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
- Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
