**Job Title:** Adult Services RN

**Job Specialty:** Step Down Unit (SDU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week

**Experience:**
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
- Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Recognition

**License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

**Must-Have:** None specified

**Job Description:**
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient care.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac rhythm recognition.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
